Jacqueline Olson - Instructional Support Team Coordinator

Jacque has her Master’s in Educational Administration and another Master's in Special Education. She also holds a Bachelor's Degrees in Elementary Education with her LBS1 endorsement.
Jacque has been a special education teacher since 2011.

As the Instructional Support Team Coordinator, she collaborates with districts and the Instructional Team to best support the needs of students, staff, and districts.

Barb Rypstra
  • Barb has her LBS1 from Illinois State University and her Masters in Educational Administration from Governors State University.
  • Barb has worked with the Eisenhower Cooperative in various capacities since she graduated college in 1991.

  • As supervisor of the Behavior Department, Barb oversees the BCBA and RBT and provides support to our districts.

Joy de los Santos
  • Joy has an LBS1 from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, Masters in Early Childhood Education with Special Education approval from Governors State University, and Masters in Education Administration from Concordia University Chicago.

  • Joy has 14 years experience as a classroom teacher for students with low-incidence disabilities and autism.

  • Joy can help with curriculum and assessment support, as well as arranging or providing class or district-wide professional development on a wide variety of topics.

Katie Murphy--Instructional Coach
  • Katie has a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education and currently work on a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration.

  • Katie can collaborate with a classroom team on classroom management, curriculum and instruction, differentiation, and modeling.

  • Katie has worked in special education as a teacher since 2007.

Kim Malloy--BCBA
  • Kim has a Master’s Degree in Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis.  She also has an LBS 1.

  • Kim can help you with developing positive behavior supports, individual and classroom consultations, classroom management, staff training/coaching, and data collection.

  • Kim has worked in special education and private settings as a paraprofessional, SpEd teacher, and BCBA since 2007.

Sinead Gibbs-Mason RBT
  • Sinead is an registered behavior technician (RBT) and has over 4 years of experience working as a classroom and clinical RBT .

  • Sinead has over 9 years of experience working as a paraprofessional in both a private and public classroom setting.

  • Sinead can help you with paraprofessional training, making visuals, data collection, and modeling  positive behavior supports.

Karyn Bossenga Assistive Technology Specialist
  • Karyn has a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education as well as Master’s Degrees for Reading Specialist, Assistive Technology, and Multiple Disabilities.  She also has coursework to service ELL students in special education. **

  • Karyn is an LBS2.

  • Karyn can assist you in finding the tool you need to help a student.  She can help identify the deficit and see if there is a high or low tech tool to bridge that deficit.
